Gucci Guilty was initially released in 2010 as an amber, floral scent for women. The success of Gucci Guilty for women led to the release of Gucci Guilty Pour Homme in 2011, which has a rich, seductive feel. Both men and women have become addicted to the provocative scent of Guilty, especially those who love a fragrance with a more daring and alluring edge. The feminine version of Gucci Guilty has a warm amber base and fruity and floral mid notes from Lilac, Peach, Geranium, Jasmine and Black Currant. Many dupe perfumers have successfully managed to mimic this well, but the male version was a little more challenging to replicate. A good Guilty Pour Homme dupe will need to master a perfect blend of floral, citrus, woody and vanilla tones to mimic the rich and powerful notes of the original
High Notes: Lavender and Amalfi Lemon Mid Notes: African Orange Flower, Vanilla Base Notes: Virginia Cedar and Patchouli

Warm tones of patchouli and cedar wood add weight and gravitas to the overall experience that, soothes the senses and draws attention.
The bottle design was carefully crafted to reflect a masculine feel with cold metal and heavy glass. The overall impact of the fragrance and bottle design creates a look and feel of luxury and masculinity.
The essence vault one is pretty good.
Our testers loved trying out 65 by The Essence Vault. It has very similar notes found in Guilty Pour Homme, and they could easily pick out a pleasant leading tone coming from sweet rose, with depth and weight coming from rich and velvety oud wood. The overall impression of 65 by The Essence Vault is one of classy seduction, but not so overpowering that it will turn heads wherever you go. While it is less strong and impactful than the original, 65 delivers a perfect balance of richness from its main notes of Damask Rose, Agarwood (oud), Praline and Clove. Our testers consider 65 by The Essence Vault a close match to the original but would be happy to wear it during the day and not reserve it for only nighttime use. This dupe contains a fresh floral edge that is light enough to wear to the office, and as the scent settled down, it left behind a warm, lingering woody smell that felt comforting.
65 works for both day and evening wear, with it not being quite as heavy and dark in nature as Guilty Pour Homme. The original is quite strong and would make people notice you if you chose to wear it to work. This is why if you adore the smell of the original, you can use the more subtle scent of The Essence Vault 65 for work and casual day-to-day wear. Overall we rate this dupe at 4 out of 5 for authenticity. Coming in at just £26.95 for 100ml, 65 by The Essence Vault is just a fraction of the price of the original and has a lasting power that will get you through most of your day or evening without needing to reapply.
Man Silver by Zara has a lovely aroma reminiscent of Gucci Guilty Pour Homme. Launched in 2017 by Zara, the scent is a pleasant mix of lemon, lavender and pepper that instantly tickles the nose. These top notes quickly mellow out with mid-notes of neroli and orange blossom. The base notes of sandalwood and cedar add richness and depth to the scent that closely mimics the original. Despite Zara using very similar notes in Man Silver, our testers couldn't help but notice the lavender scent comes over pretty strong on the initial smell. The dry down left lingering traces of lavender and sweet vanilla despite the original leaving more woody residual notes. While it is a pleasant experience, Zara's Man Silver doesn't have the staying power of the original. Guilty Pour Homme is strong and substantial enough to get you through a whole day or evening with just one application. You would likely need to reapply Man Silver every three hours or so as the scent tends to pitter out due to its lack of high-priced perfume oils.
